偶联因子6水平在慢性心力衰竭中的变化及与预后的关系 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】探讨血浆偶联因子6(CF6)水平在慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者中的变化以及与病情严重程度、预后的关系。【方法】随机入选60例慢性心衰患者,于入院次日清晨抽取空腹肘静脉血用放免法测定血浆CF6水平,分析CHF患者血浆CF6水平的变化及与心功能的关系,并随访观察血浆CF6水平与预后的关系。【结果]CHF患者纽血浆CF6水平(356.8±76.4)较健康对照组(186.3±27.2)明显升高(P〈O.05),且随着心功能级别的升高,其血浆脑钠肽(BNP)及CF6水平明显升高,并具有统计学意义(P〈O.05),CHF合并高血压及高血脂组,其血浆CF6水平明显高于无相应合并症组,随着血浆CF6水平的升高,CHF患者的主要心血管不良事件有增加的趋势。【结论ICF6与CHF患者的病情严重程度呈正相关,CF6水平升高提示患者预后不良。 [objective]To explore the plasma level of coupling 6 (CF6) in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) and its relationship with the severity and prognosis. [Methods] Totally 60 patients with CHF were randomly enrolled in the study. Ulnar venous blood was collected in the morning at next day of admission. Plasma level of CF6 was determined by radioimmunoassay method. The relationship between CF6 level and cardiac function in CHF pa- tients was analyzed. The relationship between CF6 level and prognosis was followed up and observed. [Results]Com- pared with control group, plasma level of CF6 in CHF group obviously increased[(356.8! 76. 4) vs (186. 3 ± 27.2), P 〈0.05J. Plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) and CF6 raised with the increasing of the grade of cardiac function, and there was significant difference( P 〈0.05). Plasma level of CF6 in CHF combined with hypertension group and CHF combined with hyperlipidemia group wlere obviously higher than those in CHF group without corre- sponding complications. Major adverse cardiac events in patients with CHF showed an increasing tendency with the elevation of plasma CF6. [Conclusion]CF6 is positively correlated with the severity of CHF patients. The elevation of plasma CF6 suggests a bad prognosis of patients.
