摘要
针对核电站数字化仪控系统(DCS)存在仿真逼真度、可集成性、可维护性、运行性能、造价及全范围模拟机(FSS)交付进度等问题,对几种DCS仿真技术方法进行了综合分析与评价,并给出了这些方法的优选顺序。结合核电DCS工程实施特点及其工程验证方法的局限性,提出了一种既能满足FSS交付进度,又能提高DCS工程验证质量的DCS/FSS工程综合实施方案。该优选顺序及综合实施方案,可为后续新建项目提供有益参考。
Aiming at the problems exsiting in DCS of the nuclear power station, including the simulation fidelity, integratable performance, maintainability, operation performance, costs and full scope simulation (FSS) turn over schedule, etc. , several types of DCS simulation technological methods are comprehensively analyzed and evaluated, the order of selection priority is given. Combining with the engineering implementation characteristics and the limitations of verification method of the DCS in nuclear power, the integrated DCS/FSS implementing strategy that meets both FSS turn over schedule and DCS verification quality is proposed. The selection priority and comprehensive implementing strategy offer valuable reference to follow-up newly built projects.
