摘要
从查新点、数据库、检索词、检索策略、查新人员素质5个方面来探讨科技查新工作中影响查新质量的几个因素,并提出提高查新质量的可行策略。
This paper probes into five factors of affecting the quality of Sci-tech Novelty Search from novelty points,database,search terms,search strategy,personnel quality,and proposes feasible ways to improve novelty quality.
