中英图书馆版权利益平衡自律措施的比较研究

Comparative Study of Autonomy Measures about copyright interests balance between British and Chinese Library

图书馆行业自律措施是图书馆从自身立法、政策制定以及管理规则等方面尊重和保护版权的表现，这也是从图书馆自身的角度维护了版权人、图书馆和用户之间的利益平衡。文章从图书馆自律措施入手，从网站版权声明、复制使用指南和图书馆行业协会监督3个方面，比较研究中英图书馆的版权利益平衡问题，提出可适用于中国图书馆版权利益平衡的积极措施。

The library professional autonomy measures is fi＇om its own legislation, policy making and management rules for re- specting and protecting copyright, which balances the interests between copyright owners, libraries and users on the behalf of library itself. This article enters from professional autonomy measures, and makes comparative study be- tween British and Chinese library about copyright interests balance from the copyright statement, fair dealing guide- lines and library association supervision three aspects, in order to put forward positive measures applied to our country library copyright interests balance study.
