摘要 Human Library是一种新型的基于对话的借阅方式,基于Human Library的高校学生职业生涯规划活动是学生职业生涯规划的内在需求,是高校学生职业生涯规划教育的创新举措,有助于图书馆隐性知识的交流与储备,并针对学生的职业规划需求给出具体活动策略。 Human Library is a new type of borrowing method based on conversation.College students＇ career planning activity based on the Human Library is the inner demand of the students＇ career planning.And it is also a new innovative method of college students＇ career planning education,which helps to the exchanging and reserving of library＇s tacit knowledge.Aiming at students＇ career planning needs,the thesis provides some specific activity strategies.
