紫外分光光度法测定原料药中阿帕替尼的含量 被引量:4

摘要 采用紫外分光光度法测定原料药中阿帕替尼的含量。实验结果表明,阿帕替尼质量浓度在0~30μg/mL范围内服从比尔定律,其回归方程为A=0.041 4ρ(μg/mL)+0.010 6,线性相关系数R为0.999 8。该方法简便、快速,用于原料药中阿帕替尼含量的测定,测定结果与HPLC法测定结果一致。 Apatinib in raw materials was determined by the ultraviolet spectrophotometric meth- od. Beer's law was obeyed in the apatinib concentration range of 0-30μg/mL with the regres- sive equation of A-----0.041 4p(μg/mL)+0. 010 6 and the coefficient R of 0. 999 8. The method was simple and rapid, and the results obtained were in agreement with those of HPLC method.
