Efficiency of Attracted Industrial Transfer in Yunnan Province: A DEA Model Based Analysis

研究产业转移的引进效率,有助于决策者在承接产业转移时注意到效率的重要性,提高社会的资源利用效率,更好地促进社会发展。采用云南省1997—2011年的相关数据为样本,运用DEA方法,对云南省各年吸引产业转移的效率进行了分析。发现云南省吸引产业转移的纯技术效率水平比较低,同时在人力资本、劳动力成本等方面存在较大的投入冗余。最后提出了相关的政策建议。

Researches on the efficiency in attracting industrial transfer can help the decision mak- ers to realize the importance of efficiency when they are undertaking industrial transfers. Besides, they can help to improve the utilizing efficiency of social resources and promote social develop- ment. Based on the relevant data of Yunnan Province from the year 1997 to 2011, we employed the DEA model to analyze the efficiency of attracting industrial transfer in each year. It is found that that the level of pure technical efficiency is relatively low and there is a big input redundancy in human capital, labor cost, and so on. In response, we put forward suggestions to improve them as far as relevant policy is concerned.
