浅论“美学经济”时代中国休闲餐饮的发展

摘要 "美学经济"时代的到来,给休闲餐饮的发展带来了契机。休闲餐饮是一种情绪性消费,具有就餐环境休闲化、餐饮产品多样化、主题创新个性化、消费时间随意性的特征。中国的休闲餐饮必须充分利用新时代消费者的审美需求,在"美"上下大工夫,利用"美"的高附加值,追求更大的利润,更快更好地发展餐饮经济。 Abstract: The coming of Aesthetic economy era brings opportunity to the development of recreation and cate- ring industry. Recreation and food and beverage are emotional consumption with the characteristics of leisurely dining environment, diversified food and beverage, personalized theme innovation and randomness of con- sumption time. Chinese recreation and catering industry must take full advantage of consumer aesthetic need in the new era. Attaching more weight to visual exciting, making more profit with the added value of consumer aesthetic pleasure, Chinese catering industry will be better developed.
