摘要
传统主题筵席设计与制作教学,由于设施设备、烹饪原料、烹饪技术等一系列条件限制,使得教师在教学实践过程中遇到一些问题和困难。三维动画技术教学已成为当前职业教育技术现代化的重要组成部分。教师可以充分利用三维动画技术在主题筵席设计与制作教学过程中的优势,选好相关软件,最大限度地调动学生的学习兴趣,从而弥补传统教学的不足,提高筵席设计与制作课程的教学效率。
Abstract ： Traditional teaching of banquet design and preparation results in many difficulties due to limited fa- cilities, raw materials, cooking techniques and so on. Therefore, 3D animation aided teaching has become an important part of the modernization of current vocational education. Teachers, with fight software, may take full advantage of this technology to evoke students＇ enthusiasm so as to compensate for the traditional teaching and improve teaching efficiency.
