宽厚板坯连铸机漏钢原因浅析

Analysis on Reasons of Breakout in Heavy-Gauge Slab Continuous Caster

针对某炼钢厂宽厚板坯连铸生产过程中的漏钢事故,分析了厚板连铸板坯产生漏钢的原因。现场生产实践表明,结晶器传热不均、保护渣性能不良、结晶器液面波动和操作不当等原因是引起漏钢的主要因素,并提出了有效预防漏钢的控制和改进措施,取得了良好效果。

The reasons for the breakout of the heavy-gauge slab continuous caster are found by analyzing the informa- tion of breakout accidents in the heavy-gauge slab continuous casting process at a domestic steelmaking plant. The production practice shows that the main factors leading to breakout include uneven heat transfer in the mould, ill- performance of slag, mould level fluctuation, and improper operation etc. And the control and improved measures are put forward to prevent the breakout effectively, which has achieved good results.
