摘要
基于模糊相对权重建立了燃煤锅炉结渣特性预测模型。该模型选取了软化温度、硅铝比、碱酸比、硅比、无因次炉膛平均温度及无因次切圆直径6项单一指标作为输入变量,以结渣程度作为输出变量。选取了17台锅炉作为标准模式。首先,通过计算模糊关联系数(FIC)和模糊关联度(FID)获得了各指标的模糊相对权重(FRW),然后将其应用6台锅炉结渣特性评判中。评判结果表明该模型是有效的。
A new model was built based on Fuzzy relative weight to predict the slagging state of coal-fired boilers, in which there were six input vectors, which were softening temperature (tsT) , SiO2 -Al2O3 ratio (w (SiO2 ) /w (Al2O3) ), alkali-acid ratio (J), percentage of silicon content ( G), the dimensionless average temperature furnace ( p, ) and the dimensionless inscribed circle diameter furnace (Pd ) , and one output vectors, which was slagging degree. 17 coal-fired boilers were selected as samples. Firstly, the fuzzy relative weight was calculated by calculating the fuzzy incidence coefficient (FIC) and fuzzy incidence degree (FID). Then the feasibility of this method was proved by the result of predicting the state of slag on the six coal-fired boilers.
