摘要
针对电厂风机管道系统需要扩容改造的工程实际需要,以G4-73№8D型风机为研究对象,提出了叶轮内加装短叶片的优化方案。在此基础上,进行了叶轮加装短叶片前后的对比实验。实验研究结果表明:叶轮加装短叶片后,其内部流场趋于均匀、射流—尾流得到改善;风机在48%负荷以上时,全压平均提高约5.9%,而噪声几乎保持不变。
Different short-blades were installed in G4 -73No8D centrifugal fan impellers. Then the contrast experiments were carried out between the impellers without and with splitter blades. Results of experiments show that the in- ner flow field becomes uniformity and the jet-wake flow ameliorates, when the impeller was installed with short-blades. The total pressure improves by about 5.9 % and the noise remains unchanged, when the fan load is more than 48 %.
