钙基吸收剂煅烧产物孔结构特性非线性描述模型的对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 指数型模型和对数型模型是针对钙基吸收剂煅烧产物微观结构模拟过程中被普遍接受的两种模型,对其各自优势及适用范围的探索可为以后的应用提供依据。以实验为基础,针对孔容积分布和累计比孔容积对两种模型的模拟结果与实验结果在多工况下进行了对比研究。结果表明:对于孔容积分布的模拟,在孔径较小时,指数型模型模拟结果更接近于实验结果,孔径较大时,对数型模型更为准确,此变化的临界孔径大致为两种模型模拟曲线相交时的孔径,与总比孔容积和总比表面积有关。对于累计比孔容积的模拟,对数型模型更加准确,尤其在孔径较小阶段优势明显,同时从当量孔径角度考虑,对数型模型更适合描述钙基吸收剂煅烧产物的平均孔径水平。 Exponential model and logarithmic model are the models which are generally accepted in the simulation process for the calcined product microstructure of the Ca-based absorbent, the exploration of their superiority and scope can provide the basis for application. Based on experiment datas, in a few conditions carry out comparison between the simulation results of the two models and the experiment results for the pore volume distribution and accumulative specif- ic pore volume. Results illustrate that the simulation for the pore volume distribution when the pore radius is relatively small the simulation results of exponential model are closer to the experimental results, when the pore radius is relatively large the simulation results of logarithmic model are closer to the experimental results, the critical pore radius is probably at the common border of the two simulated curves, and has a relationship with tatol specific pore volume and tatol specific surface area. Logrithmie model is more accurate for the accumulative specific pore volume, especially when the pore radius is relatively small. From view of equivalent aperture, logrithmic model is more suitable for the description of the level of average pore radius.
