海南岛木棉与印尼木棉纤维的长度比较 被引量:6

摘要 为分析不同品种木棉纤维长度及其分布情况,采用单根纤维长度测量法测量了海南岛攀枝花木棉和印尼吉贝木棉果实内不同部位的纤维长度。实验表明,海南岛和印尼木棉果实中纤维的长度排列分布是连续的,长度根数分布形态类似棉纤维,都呈偏态分布,各种木棉果实的头、中、根部的纤维长度分布无显著性差异,同一品种果实间的长度差异稍大,果实越长纤维越长。并且,海南岛木棉的纤维长度明显小于印尼木棉,两者质量平均长度相差近10 mm,海南岛现有木棉纤维在16.5 mm以上质量百分比偏低,不利于在纺织领域应用。 In order to analyze the fiber length and its length distribution of different kind of kapoks, a single fiber length testing method is used for measuring the fiber length of different parts of Hainan Island and Indonesia kapok fruits. The result reveals that fiber length distribution of Hainan Island and Indonesia kapok fruits is continuous with fiber length-number being skewed distributed, similarly to those of cotton fiber. And it also indicates that fiber length distribution of the head, middle and tail parts of each kind of kapok fruit had no significant difference whilst the length difference of the two fruits in the same kind of kapok is a bit larger, the longer the fruit is, the longer the fiber length will be. And the fiber length of Hainan Island kapok is obviously shorter than that of Indonesia kapok. The difference of quality mean length of the two kinds of kapoks is approximately 10mm. Quality percentage of Hainan Island kapok of 16.5mm in fiber length is lower and not conducive to be applied to the textile field.
