为改善A186型梳棉机的机械运转性能,延长零配件的使用寿命,提高设备综合利用效率,稳定生条条干均匀度,对该机机械传动、电气控制等部件作了研究,结合现代新型梳棉机的性能结构特点,进行了理论分析,并对有关部件进行了技术更新改造。结果表明:改造后的梳棉机机械传动及电气控制部分性能良好,实际运转的机械状态、运行方式、生条质量、安全稳定性等情况优于改造前,基本达到现代新型梳棉机的技术要求,能有效提高产品质量,节能降耗,提高企业的经济效益。

In order to improve its mechanical running performance, prolong the useful time of the machine parts, raise the machine efficiency and improve the evenness of the carded sliver, and based on the studies of the machine＇ s mechanical driving and electrical controlling as well as through theoretical analyses and study, some technological improvements have been made on A186 carding machine. The result shows that the performance of the improved carding machine is better than the original one in mechanical drive, electrical control, machine running state and mode, carded sliver quality and safety and stability. The technology level of the improved carding machine is similar to that of modern carder, meeting the requirements of a modem carding machine, which improves product quality, lowers energy consumption, increases economical efficiency of the enterprise effectively.
