摘要
叙述了细纱工序高速生产细特纱采用的设备和专件,介绍了实验室测试指标要求,并简要阐述了细纱工序高速生产可能对纱线质量带来的影响。在采取所述措施后保证了7.3 tex纯棉纱以17 500 r/min、8.3 tex纯棉纱以18 500 r/min锭速长期运行纱线质量和设备状态的稳定性。
In this paper are briefly described the spinning equipments, accessories and laboratory testing requirements required in high speed fine tex compact yarn production. And is also expounded the effect of high speed production on the yarn quality. It is achieved to use 17 560r/min to spin 7.3tcx pure cotton yarn and to use 18 500r/min to spin 8.3tex pure cotton yarn with the made yarn quality and the spinning equipment constantly stable.
