New Progressions and Development Direction of Pediatrics

目的综述国内外儿科专业的最新进展及发展趋势,分析我区本专业在军内、国内、国际中的位置。方法通过Pubmed及CHKD检索近5年来儿科及相关专业中文及英文文献,结合文献对国内外儿科专业的现状和发展趋势进行分析、归纳及总结。结果近年来,儿科学发展取得很大进展,尤其是在儿童代谢组学、儿童分子影像诊断、儿童干细胞治疗、儿童微创技术、儿童危重症医学等方面,但是目前尚未建立军事儿科学。结论儿科学正面临着飞速发展的最好契机,我军儿科专业发展应结合现有优势,强调军事特色,跟踪国际前沿,不断创新,尽快建立起自己的优势学科及军事儿科学体系。

Objective To summarize recent progressions and development trend on pediatrics at domestic and abroad, analyze the subject position of our army in international and find out advantages and disadvantages so as to promote the further development. Methods The relevant English and Chinese literature in last five years was reviewed with Pubmed and CHKD search engines. Current situation and development trend on pediatrics were analyzed and summarized combined with the literature. Results In recent years pediatrics of our army has made great progress, especially in meta- bonomics, molecular imaging, stem cell therapy, minimal invasive skills, critical care medicine and so on. However mil- itary pediatrics has not been established, which is our most urgent need. Conclusion Pediatrics is confronted with an op- timal opportunity. Pediatrics of our army should expand our advantages and reinforce military characteristics. Tracking the international forefront and continuous innovation is necessary to set up the advantage discipline of our army.
