无痛肠镜下氩离子凝固术治疗老年结肠多发息肉61例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Argon Plasma Coagulation under Analgesia Enteroscope in Treatment of Multiple Polyps of Colon in Elder

目的探讨无痛肠镜下氩离子凝固术(argon plasma coagulation,APC)治疗老年结肠多发息肉的临床疗效及安全性。方法 2010年10月—2012年5月笔者应用无痛肠镜下APC对61例老年患者结肠多发息肉进行治疗,观察临床效果。结果本组均成功完成了无痛肠镜下APC检查及治疗,且未发生并发症。结论无痛肠镜下APC治疗老年结肠多发息肉安全、有效、并发症少,且操作简便、快捷。

Objective To explore clinical effect and security of argon plasma coagulation （APC） under analgesia enteroscope in treatment of elderXy patients with multiple polyps of coXon. Methods During October 2010 and May 2011 the author performed APC under analgesia enteroscope in treatment of 61 elderly patients with polyp of colon. The clinical effects were observed. Results All patients were successfully performed examinations and therapy of APC under analgesia enteroscope, and there was no complication. Conclusion The method of APC under analgesia enteroscope in treatment of elderly patients with multiple polyps of colon is safe, effective and few complication which handling is convenient and shortcut.
