摘要
研究了一种复合天然抗氧化剂 ,其能有效延缓鱼油的氧化 ,抗氧化效果明显优于常用的BHA、BHT、PG及天然混合生育酚、茶多酚 .
In this paper, a complex natural antioxidant(CNAO) was studied. The results showed that CNAO could delay the oxidation of fish oil effectively and was better than natural mixed tocopherols, tea polyphenols and synthetic antioxidants such as BHA,BHT,PG.
