摘要
分析了乌鳢体表粘液对爱德华氏菌、溶藻弧菌、哈维氏弧菌3种海洋致病菌的抑菌效果及影响因素。结果表明,同浓度的提取物对不同致病菌的抑菌活性不同,对爱德华氏菌抑制活性最大,其次是溶藻弧菌,最差的是哈维氏弧菌。此外,温度、紫外线和pH对提取物抑制活性都有不同程度的影响。
Bacteriostat of antimicrobial peptides extracted from the body surface mucus of Channa argus on three species, Edwardsiella, Vibrio alginolyticus and V. harvey/, of marine bacterial pathogens and the affecting factors were investigated. The results showed that the same concentration of antimicrobial peptides inhibited the bacterial growth of each marine pathogen uniquely. SpecificaUy, the best inhibitory effect was observed on Edwardsiella, followed by V. alginolyticus, and the worst effect on V. barvevi. The impact performances of key factors (i. e. , temperature, pH and UV radiation) on inhibitory process were detected.
