摘要
基层生产单位职工的技术创新活动,往往是个人的兴趣、爱好、灵感引起的无序的自发行为,文章介绍了胜利油田孤东采油厂三采中心使这种无序行为变为有序活动的基本做法。他们按照以人为本的管理思想,有针对性地开展了职工创新管理机制的探索,建立了职工创新理念导入机制、组织保障机制、成果创造机制、成果转化机制、团队协作机制和考核激励机制等,并运用这些机制有效地推动了职工创新创效工作的开展,为孤东采油厂三采技术的发展贡献了力量。
Usually, the technological creation activities at the grassroots production units are the spontaneous behavior of staff members based on their interests, hobbies and inspirations. This article makes briefings about how Tertiary Production Center of Gudong Oil Production Plant of Sinopec Shengli Oilfield Company has turned this spontaneous behavior into orderly activities. Under the people-oriented principle for management, the center has actively explored the employees’creation management mechanism and established the introduction mechanism for creation conceptions, the organizational guarantee mechanism, the results-creating mechanism, the results-converting mechanism, the teamwork mechanism and the examination and encouragement mechanism. Those mechanisms have effectively helped staff members embark on technological creation activities and improve work efficiency, making contributions for technological development of the Tertiary Production Center.
