L0555P-Special Resin for Chlorinated Polyethylen

为实现氯化聚乙烯(CPE)生产原料国产化,中国石油辽阳石化公司于1993年开始研发CPE专用的L0555P树脂的工艺技术。通过催化剂制备工艺和聚合工艺研究,开发出生产L0555P树脂专用的催化剂及聚合工艺技术,所生产的L0555P牌号树脂性能指标达到德国Hoechst公司AG-103产品水平。经氯化反应验证,与国内外同类产品相比,L0555P具有氯化时间短、氯化温度低、生产收率高、不结块等优点,在具有易氯化性能的同时,还有着较好的机械性能及加工性能,可完全替代进口产品用于CPE的生产。到目前为止,该牌号树脂已经累计生产73×104t,创造了显著的经济效益。

To localized chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) production raw material, PetroChina Liaoyang Petrochemical Company started to develop the process technology for L0555P-a special resin for CPE-in 1993. Based on the study of catalyst production process and polymerization process, the company has developed the special catalyst and polymerization process technology for L0555P resin. The performance indicators of L0555P resin gained by means of the new catalyst and polymerization process reached the AG-103 production level of Germany’s Hoechst Company. Validated by chlorinated reaction and compared with the products of the same kind both at home and abroad, L0555P resin has a number of advantages, such as shorter chlorinated time, lower chlorinated temperature, and higher yield rate. While easily chlorinated, L0555P resin is also excellent in mechanical performance and processing performance so that it can completely replace the imported product for CPE production. Up to now, the cumulative output of L0555P resin has reached 730,000 tons, achieving significant economic results.
