摘要
宇航级液浮陀螺仪的特点是长寿命、高精度和高可靠性。以三浮陀螺仪为代表的机械陀螺是目前我国精度最高、应用最广、在轨可靠性最高的宇航级陀螺仪。在装配过程中,控制污染风险和保证装配洁净度直接关系液浮陀螺仪的寿命、可靠性和精度指标。通过对宇航级液浮陀螺仪装配污染控制的分析和研究,确定了装配过程中的污染源类型及传播途径,制定了相应的污染控制策略,建立了监控机制。必要时依据陀螺仪成品率及测试数据、污染监测数据分析,对污染控制措施的有效性进行评定,及时采取纠正措施。通过不断完善装配污染控制,保证了宇航级液浮陀螺仪装配洁净度,从而确保产品的长寿命和高可靠性。
The space-level liquid floated gyroscopes are characterized by long life,high precision and high reliability.At present,the space-level mechanical gyroscope,particularly three-floated gyroscope,has the highest accuracy,the most widely application and the highest on-orbit reliability in our county.Controlling the contamination risk and ensuring the assembly cleanliness in the assembly process directly affect the life,reliability and precision of the liquid floated gyroscope.In this paper,the contamination control in assembly of space-level liquid floated gyroscopes was analyzed and studied,and the contamination-source type and its transmission way in the assembly process were identified.The corresponding contamination control strategy was formulated,and a monitoring mechanism was established.When necessary,assess the effectiveness of contamination control measures and take corrective action in time,based on the gyroscope yield,test data and contamination monitoring data analysis.The continuous improvement on assembly contamination control guarantees the assembly cleanliness of space-level floated gyroscope,ensuring the long life and high reliability of the products.
