摘要
文中介绍了涑水河绛县段河道采砂现状及存在问题,针对问题并结合规划目标提出了采砂规划思路。
The paper introduces the present situation and existing problems of mining sand in Jiang County reach of Sushui River,in view of these problems and in combination with the planning target,presents the thinking of mining-sand planning.
