隰县山洪灾害成因分析与防治对策

Analysis on the Causes of Forming Torrential Flood Hazard and Its Prevention Countermeasure in Xixian County

通过对隰县山洪灾害调查,在对全县山洪灾害的成因、特点以及防御现状分析的基础上,提出了工程措施和非工程措施相结合防治山洪灾害的对策措施。发挥TWR01A型雷达监测作用,提前30 min预报山洪危险区出现区域暴雨,从而提高隰县防御山洪灾害的能力,减少人员伤亡及财产损失,促进隰县经济社会的协调发展。

According to the investigation of mountain torrential flood hazard in Xixian county,based on the analysis on the causes,characters and prevention situation of the torrential flood hazard in the whole Xixian,the prevention countermeasure of combining engineering measures with non-engineering measures is put forward,the monitoring function of TWR01A radar is in full play,and the regional heavy rain in the torrential floods area can be forecasted at 30 minutes’ notice,thus the ability of prevention of mountain flood disasters in Xixian County may be improved,the casualties and property losses may be reduced,and the development of economy in harmonious social of Xixian County may be promoted.
