介绍了2A50铝合金叉形锻件的生产工艺,针对叉形锻件成形特点,确定了锻造生产工艺,经生产验证,成功的生产出外形尺寸、组织性能均合格的2A50铝合金叉形锻件,对类似模锻件的生产工艺编制及锻模设计有一定的参考意义。
The production process of Y-type 2A50 aluminum alloy f0rgings was introduced in the paper. According to the teatures oi Y-type forgings, the forging process was determined, and the desired Y-type forgings with qualified appearance and performance were successfully produced. It has guiding significance to the process formation and die design of similar die forgings.
