摘要
本文以一定聚合度的PEG ,PTMG为聚醚二醇组分 ,自乳化单体X ,与TDI预聚 ,进而两步扩链合成具有防水透湿性的聚氨酯微乳液涂层剂。还研究了不同工艺条件对涂层剂的合成及涂层织物性能的影响 。
In this paper, an aqueous polyurethane micro emulsion coating was prepared. No solvent was used throughout the process. Urethane prepolymer was synthesized through reaction of toluene diisocyanate (TDI) with a mixture of polyethylene glvcol (PEG) and polytetramethylene glycol (PTMG), extended first with 1.4-butane diol(BD),then with 1.1.1-Trihy-droxymethly propane (TMP) , and finally emulsified with warm water. The synthesis Conditions were investigated by Infra red analysis, etc. The end product showed excellent waterproof and water vapor permeable performance. The mechanism of permeability of water vapor of the polyurethane-coated fabric was discussed as well.
