摘要
通过对四家服装企业的调研 ,分析了服装企业激励机制的现状 ,运用激励理论 ,提出了激励机制优化对策 ,其中有的对策已通过实践检验 。
By studying the four garment factories, the author analyzes the situation of incentive mechanism in these factories, and offers the suggests to optimize the incentive mechanism according to the incentive theories of which some have been proved to be effective in practive
