比较测定葡萄酒中还原糖含量的两种方法———直接滴定法和改进后的碘量法 ,研究结果表明 ,改进后的碘量法比直接滴定法的终点易于分辨 ,测定数据重复性强、精密度和准确度高 ,易于操作。

In this Paper,we have made a Comparision between direct titration and iodometry about Surveying the reducing sugar in wine.As a result,Improving iodometry is not only easier distinguishing and manipulation than the direct titration but also better repetition,precision and accurancy On surveying data.
