摘要
近现代教育家蔡元培曾先后任民国初年教育总长、北大校长和大学院院长等职 ,他在教育行政管理实践中形成了自己的管理思想特点 :注重依法管理、主张开放管理、重视管理效率和强调学术研究。本文对这几个特点作了初步探析。
The modern educationist Cai Yuanpei served at the post of minister of Education,then of President of Beijing University and of Dean of institute in Ming Guo Period.In his educational and administrative practice he gradually shaped his own characteristics of management:Stress the management abide by the law,management on the basis of openness,management efficiency and strong demand for academic research etc.This paper tries to analyze these characteristics.
