摘要
以某型号1.5 MW风机变桨轴承为例,统计发现在传统工艺参数下,淬火后(成品)齿公法线长度减小,应用SPSS软件建立了公法线长度变化的数学模型,并根据数学模型优化了齿加工过程中公法线长度的工艺参数,提高了产品合格率。
Taking the blade bearing for 1.5 MW wind turbine as an example, the statistical analysis shows that the base tangent length of gear decreases after quenching under traditional process parameters. The mathematical model for base tangent length variation is established by using SPSS software. The process parameters of the base tangent length in gear machining are optimized according to the mathematical model, and the qualification rate of products is improved.
