摘要
基于LS-DYNA平台建立了环件冷辗扩三维弹塑性多间隙耦合动力学模型,模拟分析了冷辗扩过程中环件应变场、截面形状、辗扩力、金属流动和成形尺寸精度等的高度非线性特征及其对成形过程的影响规律。结果表明:冷辗扩过程理论值与模拟值误差较小,模拟仿真结果具有较高的可信度。
A 3D elastic -plastic coupled dynamic model with multiple clearances for ring cold rolling is established based on LS - DYNA platform, and the influencing rules of highly nonlinear characteristics of strain field, cross section shape, rolling force, metal flow and forming size precision in cold rolling process are simulated and analyzed. The results show that the error between the theoretical and simulant result is small, and the stimulant result is of high credibility.
