摘要 自润滑关节轴承无载启动摩擦力矩测量时由于数值小,干扰因素多,难以精确测量。分析砝码法和基于扭矩传感器两种常用测量方法,砝码法不可避免地引入了径向载荷,而影响扭矩传感器测量法的关键因素是夹持被测轴承的方式。应用有限元法等方法,定量分析了多种夹持方式对测量精度的影响,结果表明,对于整体外圈式轴承,外圈轴向端面夹持明显优于径向夹持方式。 Due to the small value and various interference factors, it is difficult to measure the starting torque of a self- lubricating spherical plain bearing without load. Two common measurement methods are investigated including weight method and torque - sensor - based method. The radial load is inevitably introduced by weight method. The key to the torque - sensor - based method is the way of clamping bearing. The influences of several kinds of clamping way on the measuring accuracy are evaluated by means of FEA. The results verify that the axial end face clamping method is superior to radial clamping method.
