胸腔镜肺癌根治术手术前后多项指标变化研究

Study on the Change of Multiple Indexes before and after the Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery

目的探讨胸腔镜下肺癌根治术患者手术前后的血小板参数及血流变指标的变化。方法选取2010年3月-2012年8月进行胸腔镜下肺癌根治术的29例患者为观察组,同期的29名健康人员为对照组,将观察组术前、术后3 d、7 d和对照组的血小板参数及血流变指标进行比较。结果观察组术前和术后3 d PLT、PCT、PDW及血浆黏度、全血黏度、血细胞比容均显著高于对照组,MPV则显著低于对照组,P均<0.05,差异均有统计学意义,而术后7 d两组上述指标差异均无统计学意义,P均>0.05。结论胸腔镜下肺癌根治术患者手术前后的血小板参数及血流变指标呈现一定的波动,但最终可达到较为正常的状态,因此可有效反应疾病的变化。

Objective To study the change of platelet parameters and hemorheology indexes before and after the video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery.Methods 29 patients with video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery from March 2010 to August 2012 were selected as observation group,and 29 health personnel at the same time were selected as control group,then the platelet parameters and hemorheology indexes of observation group before and after the surgery at third and seventh day and control group were compared.Results The PLT,PCT,PDW and plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,hematocrit of observation group before and after the surgery at third day were higher than those of control group,MPV were lower than those of control group,all P0.05,there were significant differences.Conclusion The platelet parameters and hemorheology indexes before and after the video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery showed some change,while it can reach normal,so it can reflect the change of disease.
