Multiple Factors Analysis of Type 2 diabetes Patients with Osteoporosis

目的分析2型糖尿病患者合并骨质疏松的危险因素。方法选取2008年1月-2012年1月在湛江中心人民医院就诊的2型糖尿病患者合并骨质疏松83例作为观察组,同时选取同期来该院就诊的正常骨密度的2型糖尿病患者79例作为对照组,比较分析两组患者的性别、年龄、糖尿病病程、体重指数(BMI)、促卵泡生成激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)差异是否有统计学意义。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的性别、年龄、糖尿病病程、BMI、FSH、LH、E2有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论女性、高龄、长期糖尿病病史、BIM指数较低、低水平的FSH、LH及E2都是2型糖尿病患者发生骨质疏松的危险因素,应对这些危险因素进行预防,以减少2型糖尿病患者合并骨质疏松的发生。

Objective To analyze the risk factors of type 2 diabetic patients with osteoporosis.Methods A total of 83 Type 2 diabetes patients with osteoporosis in our hospital between Jan 2008 and Jan 2012 were enrolled into this study as observation group.At the same time,a total of 79 type 2 diabetic patients with normal bone mineral density into this study as control group in our hospital.The following parameters of the two groups were compared and analyzed： gender,age,history of diabetes,BMI,FSH,LH and E2.Results The difference in the gender,age,history of diabetes,BMI,FSH,LH and E2 of two groups were statistically significant.Conclusion There are many factors related to Type 2 diabetes patients with osteoporosis,including female,advanced age,long history of diabetes,low BMI,low FSH,low LH,and low E2.In clinical decisions,we should avoid these risk factors in order to reduce the incidence rate of type 2 diabetic patients with osteoporosis.
