纵观中国历史 ,历朝皇帝都不同程度地用法律武器来规范各级官吏 ,积累了丰富的治吏经验。而明太祖朱元璋更为突出 ,他旗帜鲜明 ,手段独到 ,收效显著 ,为人称道。

Looking through the history of China,the emperors of all dynasties had ruled the officials of any ranks by laws in some methods,and had accumulated abundant experiences.All of the enlightened emperors had striken corruption severely,advocated honesty.But Zhu Yuanzhang,the original emperor of Ming dynasty.Who had firm standpoint,an unique means,got notable effect,praised by people,had done more prominentiy.Then,how to be operated by ZhuYuanzhang?It is the question which will be analysed in this article.
