摘要
目的通过对高胆红素血症患儿心肌酶的测定,了解心肌损害情况。方法对183例高胆红素血症患儿心肌酶结果进行回顾性分析。同时把183例分成轻型组(血清胆红素水平<342μmol/L),重型组(血清胆红素水平>342μmol/L),再对两组心肌酶结果进行比较分析。结果心肌酶高出正常值146例(占79.8%),轻型组124例,心肌酶值异常87例(占70.1%),重型组59例,心肌酶异常59例。两组心肌酶值进行比较,重型组明显高于轻型组(P<0.01)。结论高胆红素血症可导致心肌损害,且高胆红素血症越重,心肌受损程度越重,提醒临床医生在治疗高胆红素血症同时,需要对受损心肌进行营养治疗。
Objective Determination of myocardial enzymes in Newborn with hyperbilirubinemia to understand the myocardial damage.Methods Myocardial enzymes results of 183 cases of children with hyperbilirubinemia were retrospectively analyzed.While 183 cases were divided into the light group(serum bilirubin level342 μmol/L),the severe group(serum bilirubin level342 μmol/L),a comparative analysis of the results on two groups of cardiac enzymes was conducted.Results The results of cardiac enzymes above the normal: 146 cases(79.8%),light group of 124 cases,87 cases of abnormal cardiac enzymes values(70.1%),59 cases of severe group,59 cases of abnormal cardiac enzymes.The severe group was significantly higher than the mild group(P0.05).Conclusion Hyperbilirubinemia can lead to myocardial damage,and the more severe hyperbilirubinemia,the more severe myocardial damage.It was important and necessary for clinicians to pay more attention to nutritional treatment of damaged myocardium in the treatment of hyperbilirubinemia at the same time.
