摘要
目的了解学龄前儿童的母亲对儿童营养认知状况,为有针对性的营养宣教提供依据。方法采用问卷调查方法对沧州市两所幼儿园5~6岁在园儿童的母亲259人进行有关营养认知状况调查。采用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果 4~6个月内完全母乳喂养率为79.54%;6个月前辅食添加率66.00%,低于2005年中国九市调查结果(P<0.01);不知道维生素D、钙及胡萝卜营养意义的分别为34.75%、23.17%、45.96%,仅5.78%母亲认为胡萝卜不能预防佝偻病,母亲文化程度对三种物质预防佝偻病知晓情况存在差别(P<0.01),文化程度低者知晓度相对较差,而在胡萝卜营养意义认知上高学历者存在较大误区。结论学龄前儿童母亲对有关儿童营养和喂养知识认知不足,普及基础营养知识是一项迫切和重要的任务。
Objective To understand the situation of the nutrition cognition about children among mothers and to provide scientific evidence for nutritional education.Methods 259 mothers whose children were 5-6 years old in kindergartens in Cangzhou were selected to investigate cognition on nutrition knowledge about their children by questionnaire.SPSS was used to carry on the statistical analysis.Results The rate of exclusive breastfeeding of infant in 4-6 months was 79.54%;the rate of Complementary food in 6 months was 66.00%,and lower than the standard of 2005 national nine cities(P0.01);the rates were 34.75%,23.17% and 45.96% respectively in the mothers who did not know about the nutritive significance of Vitamin D,Calcium and Carrot,and only 5.78% in the mothers who knew about the nutritive significance of Carrot.The education of mother had the significant relations to prevent rickets among three kinds of material(P0.01).Conclusion The cognition of preschool children's mother to child nutrition and feeding knowledge in Cangzhou city was deficient and spreading education of basic nutritional knowledge about children was an urgent and important task.
