摘要
目的了解长春市社区卫生服务中心人力资源的现状及存在的问题。方法 2011年对长春市101家社区卫生服务中心的人力资源基本情况进行统一问卷调查,并对数据进行汇总分析。结果 101家社区卫生服务中心共有职工2684人,院均26.57人。医师∕床位比为1.0∶1.26,护士∕床位比为1.0∶1.52,执业医师高、中、初级职称之比为1.0∶3.8∶0.08。注册护士年龄均以35~岁组为主,占42.97%。学历、职称分别以中专学历、中级职称为主,分别为58.97%、77.71%。结论社区卫生服务中心医护人员数量不足,比例不合理,医护人员年龄偏高,学历、职称偏低,需进一步提高社区卫生服务中心专业技术人员的数量和总体素质,以适应医改框架下社区卫生服务,并满足居民社区卫生服务的发展与需求。
Objective To understand the Changchun City Community Health Service Center human resources present situation and the existing problems.Methods A unified questionnaire of human resources was conducted in 101 community health service center in Changchun City in 2011,and the data was analyzed.Results 101 community health service center shared a worker 2684 people,with mean 26.57 people per hospital.Physician/Bed ratio was 1.0∶1.26,nurse/Bed ratio was 1.0∶1.52,the ratio of practicing physicians,in high,middle and primary was 1.0∶3.8∶0.08.Registered nurses were in 35~ year old age group,accounting for 42.97%.Qualifications and titles were majored with the secondary education,intermediate title,were 58.97% and 77.71% respectively.Conclusion Community health service center staff was seriously insufficient,proportion and medical staff age was irrational,high education and professional title was not enough,it was needed to further improve the community health service center,professional and technical personnel of the number and overall quality,in order to adapt to the medical reform under the framework of community health service,and to meet the residents of the community health service development and demand.
