多功能健康检查舱临床应用的效果评价

Assessment of Multi-functional Health Examination Instrument in the Clinical Application

目的了解多功能健康检查舱的检测效果、安全性及适用范围。方法采用自身对照的方法对87例受试者分别用多功能健康检查舱(试验组)和常规医疗操作中使用的仪器或设备(对照组)检测身高、体重、体温、脉率、血氧饱和度、血压和心电图。结果试验组中体重和舒张压检测各有1例与对照组的差异超过误差范围,达标率98.85%。试验组测量身高、体温、脉率、血氧饱和度及收缩压的达标率均为100%。心电图检测试验组有2例与对照组结论不一致,一致率为97.67%。实验中未发生不良事件。结论多功能健康检查舱检测身高、体重、血压、脉率、血氧饱和度、体温及心电图等指标安全准确,可用于社区和基层医院的临床筛查和健康体检。

Objective To evaluate the performance and application of multi-functional health examination instrument and its safety.Methods Using self-control study to test the height,weight,temperature,pulse rate,oxygen saturation,blood pressure and electrocardiogram for 87 cases by multi-functional health examination instrument（experimental group） and conventional approach and instruments（control group）,respectively.Results The qualification rate of multi-functional health examination instrument on testing height,temperature,pulse rate,oxygen saturation and systolic pressure were all 100%.The qualification rate on testing weight and diastolic pressure was 98.85% respectively,for each had one case over the specified error range.The consistent rate of electrocardiogram test by multi-functional health examination instrument was 97.67%,which had two cases different with control group.No adverse events happen.Conclusion It was safe and accurate using multi-functional health examination instrument to test height,weight,blood pressure,pulse rate,oxygen saturation,temperature and electrocardiogram.This machine was suitable for clinical screening and health examination in community hospital and basic-level hospital.
