面肌痉挛患者焦虑对术后不良反应影响的研究

The Study of the Impact of Anxiety to Postoperative Adverse in Hemifacial Spasm Patients

目的探讨行面神经微血管减压术患者术前焦虑状况与术后不良反应之间的关系,并针对性提出护理措施。方法采用SAS焦虑自评量表对即将行手术的患者80名进行调查,了解患者术前的焦虑状况,并于术后3天及出院时调查患者不良反应发生情况及住院天数,分析它们之间的相关性。结果患者术前焦虑状况与术后并发症之间存在相关性(P≤0.05)。术后并发症之间存在相关性,一种并发症的发生会导致其他并发症发生。结论患者术前存在严重的焦虑心理,严重影响患者的术后康复,应加强对患者术前的护理。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the preoperative anxiety status with postoperative adverse reactions of facial nerve microvascular decompression patients,then to propose targeted care measure.Methods Investigating the preoperative anxiety status,postoperative adverse reactions,length of stay of 80 facial nerve microvascular decompression patients by SAS anxiety self-rating scale,the correlation between them was analyzed.Results There was correlation between preoperative anxiety status and postoperative complications（P≤0.05）;also there was correlation between postoperative adverse reactions,a adverse reactions will lead to other adverse reactions.Conclusion Patients with preoperative severe anxiety,which seriously affected the patient＇s postoperative rehabilitation,and the preoperative care of patients should be strengthened.
