摘要
目的:探讨松针总黄酮对饮食诱导肥胖大鼠横纹肌自由基代谢的影响。方法:以高糖高脂饮食诱导大鼠造成肥胖氧化应激状态,松针总黄酮灌胃给药,取心肌和骨骼肌匀浆,测定抗氧化酶系活性及MDA含量,评价松针总黄酮抗氧化损伤作用。结果:松针总黄酮能提高心肌、骨骼肌抗氧化酶活性,降低MDA含量。结论:松针总黄酮可显著改善肥胖大鼠的氧化应激状态,保护心肌和骨骼肌。
Objective:To investigate the total flavone of pine needle on diet induced obese rat striated muscle free radical metabolism of rats.Methods:High-glucose and high-fat diet induced obese rats caused by oxidative stress,total flavone of pine needle intragastric administration,myocardial and skeletal muscle homogenates,determination of the antioxidant enzyme activity and the content of MDA,evaluation of total flavone antioxidant for protection of muscle.Results:The total flavone of pine needles could improve myocardial oxidative enzymes in skeletal muscle activity,reduce the content of MDA.Conclusion: Total flavone of pine needle can significantly improve the obese rats oxidative stress status,for protection of cardiac muscle and skeletal muscle.
