摘要
目的:观察痛风宁组方提取物对黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)的影响。方法:采用XOD催化黄嘌呤产生尿酸的方法,分别测定各提取物对反应体系吸光度的影响。结果:土茯苓水提物和乙醇提取物抑制作用最强,车前子提取物次之,豨签草提取物最弱。车前子水提物对XOD以竞争性抑制作用为主,车前子醇提物的抑制作用为混合型。结论:痛风宁提取物具有较强的抑制XOD活性的作用。
Objective: To study the inhibitive effect on xathine oxidase(XOD) by extracts from TongFengNing.Methods: According to the method that xanthine could produce uric acid by XOD catalyzed,determinate the changes in the absorbance values of these reaction system after extracts of TongFengNing were added.Results: The inhibition rate of extract from Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae was very high,the inhibition rate of extract from Semen Plantaginis was lower than Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae,the inhibition rate of extract from Herba Siegesbeckiae was the lowest.The mechanism on XOD,by water extract of Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae was competitive inhibition,by ethanol extract of Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae was hybrid.Conclusion:The extracts of TongFengNing have a strong inhibitory effect on XOD in vitro.
