橙皮苷及橙皮素清除自由基活性的研究

Scavenging Activities of Free Radical of Hesperidin and Hesperitin

目的:比较橙皮苷和橙皮素的抗氧化活性。方法:UV-Vis光谱测定橙皮苷和橙皮素对1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基(DPPH·)和羟基自由基(·OH)的清除作用。结果:橙皮苷和橙皮素对两种自由基都有较好的清除作用,清除效果随浓度的增大而增大。橙皮素清除DPPH·的能力明显强于橙皮苷,橙皮素清除·OH的能力略强于橙皮苷。结论:橙皮素比橙皮苷的体外抗氧化活性强。

Objective：To compare the antioxidant ability of hesperidin and hesperitin.Method： The scavenging reaction to 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical（DPPH·） and hydroxyl radical（·OH） of hesperidin and hesperitin were tested by UV-Vis spectrophotometer.Result：Hesperidin and hesperitin were able to scavenge the two kinds of free radicals,and the scavenying capacity showed a concentration-dependent manner.The scavenying activity of DPPH· of hesperitin was significantly stronger than that of hesperidin.And the scavenying activity of ·OH of hesperitin was slightly stronger than that of hesperidin.Conclusion：The antioxidant activity in vitro of hesperitin is stronger than that of hesperidin.
