摘要
通过粒径分析、扫描电镜、凝胶渗透色谱仪、旋转流变仪等手段对比评价了用BCE和BCH作为催化剂在小试装置上得到高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)的性能。结果表明,用BCE催化得到的HDPE的摩尔质量分布略窄,粒径分布更均匀,比表面积和孔容更大,有利于提高溶剂的分离干燥效果,降低产物中挥发性有机物(VOC)的含量。使用BCE和BCH催化剂制备的HDPE的基本物理力学性能和动态流变性能相当。
The properties of high density polyethylene (HDPE) synthesized in laboratory using BCE and BCH catalysts were investigated by the particle size analysis, scanning electron microscopy, gel permeation chromatography and rotational rheometer. The results showd that the HDPE resin obtained using BCE catalyst had the characteristics of narrow relative molecular mass distribution, narrow particle size distribution, large specific surface area and pore content. The effect of solvent separation and drying was enhanced so the content of volatile organic compounds can be reduced. The physical mechanical properties and dynamic rheological behavior of HDPE using BCE were equal to that of HDPE using BCH catalyst.
