摘要
针对裤袜包装机成袋系统制袋出现毛刺与强度不够的问题,设计了测量毛刺长度与热封切强度的实验,根据实验数据利用Excel软件分别得到了毛刺长度与热封切温度、压力、时间的关系曲线和热封切强度与热封切温度、压力、时间的关系曲线,并分别建立了数学模型,验证了模型的合理性;通过对数学模型求条件极值,获得了优化的热封切参数,从而使裤袜包装袋毛刺减少、毛刺长度减小、热封切强度提高,同时满足了美观与强度要求。
For the problem of burr and low strength in the automatically bag making system of pantyhose packaging machine, experiments were designed to measure the burr length and heat sealing and cutting strength, based on the experimental data and EXCEL statistical software, the curves indicating the relationship between burr length, heat sealing and cutting strength and heat sealing and cutting temperature, pressure and time were obtained respectively, the mathematical models of burr length and heat sealing and cutting strength were established to verify their reasonability, though calculating the conditional extreme values of the models, the optimized process parameters were obtained to reduce burr, decrease burr length and increase heat sealing and cutting strength which met the strength and aesthetics requirements at the same time.
