摘要
选用硅烷偶联剂(KH560)对钠基蒙脱土进行改性。采用熔融共混法制备了不同类型的蒙脱土/聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)纳米复合材料,通过X射线衍射、透射电镜、动态热力学测试等手段考察了不同类型的蒙脱土对复合材料结构和性能的影响。硅烷偶联剂接枝改性蒙脱土后,蒙脱土/PBT复合材料中蒙脱土层间距从1.26 nm增加到1.42 nm,且蒙脱土在聚合物基体中的团聚现象明显改善。与未改性蒙脱土和商品化有机改性蒙脱土相比较,硅烷偶联剂改性蒙脱土/PBT复合材料的拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度提高。
Surface modification of MMT (SMMT) with KH560 was performed. The different kinds of MMT/PBT nano-composite materials were prepared by melt blending and XRD, TEM, DMA and mechanical analysis were employed to study the effect of different kinds of MMT on the structure and properties of PBT. After silane coupling agent KH560 modification, the basal spacing of MMT in MMT/PBT composite material increased from 1.26 nm to 1.42 nm, and the agglomerate phenomena of MMT was improved significantly. Compared to unmodified and commercial organic MMT (OMMT) , the tensile strength and impact toughness of MMT/PBT composite material increased.
