摘要 加入不同的自制极性添加剂改善聚丙烯(PP)保险杠材料表面极性。测试改性PP与水的接触角,及改性PP的表面张力和力学性能。结果表明:添加1%的极性添加剂PO1和PO2后,改性PP与水的表面接触角从107°分别降低到91.8°和88.3°,而表面张力从0.023 N/m分别提高到0.035 N/m和0.042 N/m,且其力学性能变化不大。改性PP材料在免火焰表面处理喷涂后,呈现出与油漆良好的附着力,通过了各项附着力测试。 The three different polar additives were introduced into improve the surface polarity of polypropylene bumper. The contact angle, the surface tension and the mechanical properties of different PP blends were tested. The results showed that with the content of 1% PO1 or 1% PO2, the contact angles of water on PP blends were decreased from 107to 91.8or 88.3. Conversely, the surface tension of PP blends was increased from 0. 023 N/m to 0. 035 N/m or 0. 042 N/m with slight changes of mechanical properties. The good adhesion between blend and paint was obtained after non-flame treating.
