在了解我国城市儿童青少年体质状况的基础上,建立了儿童青少年体质综合评价体系,实现既可以单项评分,以分析各体质单项及平衡发展状况,又能够进行全面综合的体质评价,为增强儿童青少年体质奠定方法和措施上的基础。

On the basis of understanding of the physical condition of urban children and adolescents in China, this study establishes a physical fitness evaluation system of children and adolescents, for a- nalysis of single physical condition and balanced development, as well as a comprehensive and inte- grated physical evaluation, which will laid the foundation on the methods and measures to enhance the physical quality of childre nand adolescents.
