摘要
为探讨体育干预对边缘化大学生的影响,以4名不同程度边缘化大学男生为个案,以体育游戏和拓展训练为主要干预内容,运用实验、观察和访谈等研究方法,对其进行为期3个阶段共计12周的体育干预。结果表明:被试在体育干预结束后心理健康水平得到明显改善,其SCL-90量表总分及部分因子得分均有一定程度下降,阳性项目数明显减少;干预结束后,被试的集体荣誉感有所提升,且边缘化程度部分下降;体育干预对改善边缘化大学生的情绪状态、沟通方式和问题行为均有明显效果。但研究发现,体育干预并未使被试的心理健康完全恢复正常水平且对躯体化症状影响不大,另外,中、重度边缘化被试的边缘化程度也未降至下一等级,具体原因有待进一步探讨。
To explore the impact vention was made on 4 different of physical intervention on marginalized students, a physical inter- degrees of marginalized college students, with sports games and sport training as the main intervention content, by means of experiment, observation, interviews and other research methods. The period was 3 phases, a total of 12 weeks. The results showed that the subjects after the intervention significantly improved mental health, the SCL -90 total score and the scores to some extent declined, number of positive items was significantly reduced ; after intervention, the col- lective honor sense of the subjects being improved, and the marginalized part declined ;physical edu- cation intervention to improve the emotional status of marginalized students, communication and problematic behaviors have obvious effect. However, the study found that physical education inter- vention did not make the mental health of the subjects return to normal levels and had little effect on symptoms of somatization, and for subjects with severe marginalization, the marginalization degree did not reduce to the low level, and the specific reasons need be further explored.
